Geraldine H. Sullivan (Gerry), age 101, of Shawnee, Kansas passed away peacefully on March 25, 2024. She was born in 1923 in Valley Falls, Kansas, the daughter of Henry and Mary Wunderlich Bodde. She attended Valley Falls High School and Brown Mackey Business School. She was a past member of St. Mary's Church in Valley Falls, St. Joseph Church in Shawnee and now a member of Good Shepherd Church in Shawnee.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clement Leo Sullivan, her parents, her siblings Mary Duncan (William Duncan), Lillian Bodde, Beatrice Rafanelli (Joseph Rafanelli), John Bodde (Dororthy Bodde).

She is survived by her children Barbara Weaver (James) and Ronald Sullivan (Judy) and 7 grandchildren, Timothy (Michelle) Weaver, Benjamin (Emily) Weaver, Julie Sullivan, Daniel Sullivan, Michelle (John) Van Newkirk, Rebecca (Tristian) Fouard, and Ronald Sullivan Jr., and 8 great grandchildren: Liam, Elizabeth, Elliot, Max, Caleb, Sawyer, Ruth and Evelyn.

She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, attending church and adoration at St. Joseph Adoration Chapel. She worked for the Kansas Gas Service Company for 36 years. 

Funeral services will be held at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 12800 W. 75th St. Shawnee, KS on Monday, April 1, with visitation at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Rosary at 10:15 a.m. and Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Burial at St. Joseph's Cemetery following the mass and a luncheon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Catholic Church, St. Joseph Adoration Chapel or Catholic Community Hospice who provided loving service to her.
