Guy Henry Jagusch 71, Kansas City, Kan., died Friday, June 30th, 2023, at the Belton Regional Medical Center.  Funeral Services will be Monday, July 10th, where friends may call from 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 am at the Porter Funeral Home, 8535 Monrovia Lenexa Kansas. Burial to proceed in the National Cemetery, Leavenworth, Kansas. 

Guy Henry was born October. 5th, 1951 in Kansas City, Kanas, the son of George C. and Mary Virginia (Bednar) Jagusch.  Guy worked as a carman for the Union Pacific Railroad for years, retiring in the early 2000's. Guy served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

Guy is survived by a daughter Courtney Morris (Sean Messick), three granddaughters; Emily (Aaron) Alvarado, Magen Morris (Nick Trischler), Madison (Reed) Dougherty. Five Great grandchildren.  Aria Elaine 8, Mateo Cruz Alvarado 5, Jace Donahue 8, Finn Garrison 5 and Jensen Henry Dougherty age two,  named after his Great Grandpa.  Preceded in death, brother, William H. Jagusch and, sister, Georgia C. Story. Siblings Charlotte (Fred) Kemp, Long Island, NY; Paul Jagusch, Kansas City, Kan.; John (Karla) Jagusch, Overland Park, Kan., and numerous nieces and nephews.

Guy was a classmate at Central Junior and Wyandotte. I can still remember his classic smile and good natured sense of humor all these years later. Those were the good young days.
