Patricia Jean Hefley passed away surrounded by the love of her family, leaving behind a legacy of devotion, kindness, and treasured memories.

Patricia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She found her greatest joy in spending time with her family, whom she loved deeply and unconditionally. Whether gathered around her table enjoying one of her home-cooked meals or creating lasting memories on family vacations and cruises, Patricia’s warmth and generosity touched everyone who knew her.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Beverly Barr.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Steven Hefley; her brothers, Terry Doug and Randy Barr,and her children, Stephanie Kidder and husband Jay, Kim Danner and husband Kaleb, and Chris Hefley and wife Sarah.

She was a proud grandmother and great-grandmother to Ryan and Stacy, Austin, Shelby, Sydney, MacKenzie, Harrison, William, Charli, Norah, Easton, and Ella. Her family was the center of her world, and she delighted in watching each generation grow and flourish.

Patricia’s loving spirit, caring heart, and unwavering dedication to her family will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Her legacy lives on in the countless memories she created and the love she shared so freely with those around her. May her memory bring comfort and peace to all who knew and loved her.

The Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. with Memorial Services following at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 12, at the Porter Funeral Home, 8535 Monrovia St., Lenexa, KS, 66215.
