Ruth, Truly sorry for your loss of your best friend and your brother. Keep his memory alive with all your memories you shared. This a loss of our friend Steve, the grief and sorrow that you feel are the deepest and most personal. Steve was our go to guy when we needed advice on V A questions and compare political standings. Steve always had a smile on his face. We now have a personal angel watching over us. Will be in touch with you today.
