Robert J. Dorian, 74, Kansas City, KS, died unexpectedly Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at Providence Medical Center. Memorial Mass will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 29, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 94th & State Ave., Kansas City, KS. Friends may call from 12 noon-1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Church. The family suggests memorial contributions to Catholic Charities Hospice.

Bob was born July 22, 1935, in Kansas City, KS and was a lifetime area resident. He had worked for Interstate Bakeries for 23 years and then as a custodian for U.S.D. 500 for 10 years, retiring in 1996. He was a former member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and the Teamsters Union. Bob was a Marine veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his wife Carol, his parents, Eileen and John Dorian, a sister, Judy Mackey and a granddaughter, Molly Marie Mohn. Bob is survived by his children and their spouses, Paula and Davey Mohn, Patti Kellner-Sharp and Bill, Tim and Patrice Dorian, Mike and Becky Dorian, two sisters, Lorraine Wolf, Joann Kaminski and her husband, Richard, sister-in-law, Martha Orth, grandchildren Erin and Bobby Kellner, T. J. and Kate Dorian, Kelly Mohn, Ryan and Shane Dorian and two great grandsons, Anthony and Jackson Rodriguez..
