I am so sorry for your loss, Dr. DeMarco was an incredible Physician loved by all who knew and worked with him. He touched so many people, patients and those he worked with, he had such a big heart and was genuinely caring and compassionate. I personally enjoyed our chats about farm life, hard work and how times have changed. He will be dearly missed by all of us in the Specialty clinic at TMC Lakewood, we will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.

We extend our condolences to Dr. De Marco's family. He was one of the best docent physicians at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. We learned a tremendous amount of science and humanism from Dr. De Marco. What a great doctor! His Christian faith was a bright light in his career. The world will miss him.

There must be a reason why Dr. Demarco popped into my mind today, as I see his birthday was around this time, a 4th of July baby! When I looked him up I was so sad to hear of his passing.. I became a patient of Dr. Lynn Demarco shortly after finding out I had rheumatoid arthritis and was scared and in a lot of pain. Upon meeting him for the first time at TMC I felt I had found a ‘best’ in the medical profession. He was kind, informative, never rushed, and we would always have great talks about gardening. He always seemed to be the kind of doctor who made the extra effort to remember what was important to his patients. Although I received medications to control the RA, I always felt like he aligned with my views that good health be achieved through a natural approach. Eventually my illness went into remission and I stopped taking my prescription without his permission. Months went by and I thought I should check in with him to be assured it was ok..I was a little nervous that he might not be happy about it. On the contrary, on my last visit he gave me his blessing and said ‘Whatever you’re doing, keep it up!’ What a great man and a true gift and healer to the medical profession. Much love to his family, Catherine
