To the family and friends of Glen Hanson: I never met Glen, but over the years, I watched him on television, as he gave the news. He was very professional in his role as newscaster, which made me want to make sure I kept watching him each day. Back, 10 or 15 years ago, I saw a man walking down 103rd Street, between Metcalf and Lowell, many times. That man, looked like Glen, in that if it wasn't him, it had to be his long lost twin. I just thought I would send my deepest sympathies to all his family and friends, from someone who didn't forget who he was and what he did.

Dear Janet and family, I am Glen's cousin. Our mothers were sisters. Glen was older than me. My brother, Deisel, and Glen were the same age. Our family would visit the Hanson's in Grand Forks. Glen would kid around with me, call me "Veronica Lake." What fun he was. You have my sympathy. God bless you and help you all in your loss. Jewell Tykeson Johnson
