Claude Edwin Clough, 77, passed away surrounded by loved ones at Overland Park Regional Hospital Tuesday, August 6 2019. 
Claude was employed at Johnson County library 15 years before retiring in 2010. He was born in Illinois, lived in Minnesota, Florida and Kansas. He began his career as a draftsman.  He enjoyed carpentry, working on vehicles, gardening, small engine repair. Spending time with family, children and grandchildren were important to him.  He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Beverly, his sister Sandra Fox (Mike), children Claudia Parrott, Peggy Czaplewski (Russ), Janet Zdanys, Gary Clough, grandchildren Brandon Hanson, Laurie Hanson, Brian Hanson, Nathan Daniel, Katie Daniel, Alex Cooper, Christian Clough, Caden Clough, Julie Anne Clough, Katilynia Clough, great grandchildren Luci Martinez, Lucas Martinez and Livia Martinez. 
Memorial services will be 7:00 PM, August 29, 2019 at Porter Funeral Home, 8535 Monrovia, Lenexa, KS.
