Jim and family, I am sorry for your loss. Kerry played golf with me this past Thursday in league at OP. As usual she swung freely and would send it and as usual she was consistently nice, fun and polite. It was always obvious that she was thinking of those around her. Happily I can say that I was able to make her laugh a few times during that round of golf. She set the bar for top notch behavior on the course. Am offering an hour of Eucharistic Adoration for you and your family. Many prayers.

I will miss her sweet demeanor and smile on the golf course. She was my inspiration to lower my handicap with too much backswing. Rest In Peace Kerry. ⛳️🏌️‍♀️

Kerry always had a sweet smile when we checked in. She was always so friendly on and off of the golf course. We had even a conversation on a medical issue. We loved talking to her at the couples golf league too! She will certainly be missed by all who knew her. So sorry for your loss, Jim and all the kids and grand kids.

I started playing Golf with Kerry years ago. We were both new golfers even though Kerry came from a family of golfers. She decided to finally take up Golf as the kids were now grown & on their own. I fondly remember her telling me she would only play with a few clubs until she got better. We played Minor Park & a course in Olathe many times with Terry & a friend on hers. We went our separate ways over the years due to work schedules, but ran into each other several times. Positive, Cute, Genuine are things I remember most about Kerry. SHE WAS A JEWEL! Condolences to her wonderful family.

We called her “Little Bit”. When I met Kerry, this tiny little thing,… we were paired together with our friends from Milburn , Becky and Terri, in the Sunflower member guest tournament. We all became fast friends . “Little Bit “ was our pet name for Kerry because it fit the ball of fire that was packed in that small frame ! Little Bit swung that club around her back and smacked that ball straight out into the fairway every single time! If you saw our team, we were a bunch of fun loving misfits, but when it came to competition… we rocked! Every year people bet on our crazy team to win in the horse race and every year we did NOT disappoint ! We came up with silly outfits to entertain the golfers, we laughed and laughed , and we made the best memories ! Last year when little bit wasn’t able to play on our team, we made ball markers that said “Little Bit” .. to keep her with us in spirit. I think I’m going to always wear that ball marker to keep her in my thoughts. The kindest, sweetest, go getter, and such a beautiful friend. Rest In Peace until we get to hug again . ❤️

I am so sorry Miss Kerry has graduated to the heavenly links. Junior golf will miss her. My grandkids learned golf etiquette from Miss Kerry, and were comforted by her hug when the first tee shot dribbled six feet, and they burst into tears. RIP, Miss Kerry.
