Great nefew ,Louisville ,Kentucky

I am Carol's son. Gerry and Joe were amazing people. They were always coming to visit when I was little. Joe had to be one of the strongest men who ever lived. Gerry was always so happy. Her and my grandmother lived together in 2010. Gerry was my grandma's rock! She called her everyday of her life. My favorite memories are of watching home movies as a little boy. My grandfather Paul Charles Zweimiller, worked for the government & they moved around alot. They were lucky enough to witness the Apollo mission liftoffs. That's what alot of the videos are of. She is also survived by me, my mom, my cousins Adam & Lauren Zweimiller. Love you alot aunt Gerry, miss you!!! Hug Grandma for me!!!

Step daughter-in-law ,Kansas City ,Missouri

Hello Justin, I am so sorry to hear of Gerry's passing. I was married to Joe L. Zweimiller (2nd wife). Together we had 1 son, Erich. We would get together for Erich's birthdays when he was younger or for lunch occasionally. Gerry and I kept in touch with birthday and holiday cards and the occasional phone call. One of our last get togethers was for lunch in 2014 and she met my daughter-in-law and grandson, Henry. I am sorry to say I hadn't talked to her since last year. I enjoyed her and Joe very much. May she and Joe enjoy good times again. Angela Z.

I'm just finding out news on Aunt Gerrys passing. It has been many years since we spoke. We exchanged letters back and forth a few times and I sent her pictures of my children. I have many great memories of spending time with her and Uncle Joe. Say hey to Grandma for me I miss her so much.

Cousin (on the Blue side) ,Columbia ,Missouri

I am just learning today of Gerry's passing when her Christmas card was returned I panicked. I am so, so sad. My siblings and I have kept in contact with Gerry for many years and would visit with her a couple of times each year. Gerry always told me that I would get a phone call if anything ever happened to her, but I did not. I am so sad. I loved her so much and loved the stories of the Blue family. I am a cousin, but she was the same age as my mother, who we lost many, many years ago; Gerry treated me like a daughter and often wished she had retired near me after Joe passed. I was always so thankful that she went and spent the last few years of Donna's life with her.
