Jillian Victoria Elkins, 41, Kansas City, Kansas passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2024.  A visitation will be 10:30 am Saturday, April 6th at Porter Funeral Home, 1835 Minnesota Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas.  A memorial service will be at 12:00 pm at the Funeral Home.  Graveside service at 1:00 pm Chapel Hill Cemetery, 710 N. 94th Street, Kansas City, Kansas. 

Jillian, daughter to Michelle (Dempsey) and Randy Elkins was born on September 11, 1982 in Merriam, Kansas.  Jillian is a graduate of Piper High School in 2001 and received Associate of Science degree from Kansas City Kansas Community College. 

Jillian had many hobbies she enjoyed which included, traveling, crafting, cooking and camping but really enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  Jillian also loved her fur babies.

Jillian is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Roy and Frances Elkins and maternal grandparents, Claude and Virginia Dempsey.  She is survived by her parents, her sister Courtney Williams and her niece Charli Berg.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the Kitty Cat Connection and Chain of Hope.

Michelle, Randy and Courtney I am so sorry for your loss. We loved having Jill and Courtney living next door to us. They were always such sweet girls and Kevin was such a onery boy. Jill was taken much too soon. She had her whole life ahead of her! Please accept my heartfelt prayers for all of you. I am unable to come to the visitation and funeral. I worked with Jill at Welborn pet hospital Jill had a heart as big as that smile even thou we didnt keep in real close contact we did talk every once in awhile Jill will be missed

I'm deeply sorry for your loss! No mama should have to lay their child to rest prior to themselves! For that I'm deeply heartbroken for you! As I may not have known her, I did hear about her all.the time form Courtney and Charlie! I know Charlie adored her and she was there for her while she was here staying in kc.
