Billie Mae Grady, age 95 was the only child of Matthew B. Bivins and Henrietta Gayden Bivins.  Billie was born and resided in Chicago, Illinois until leaving to attend college.  She graduated from Englewood High School later attending Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

Moving to Los Angeles, California her love for law would allow her time on Chicago PD until the passing of her father, she moved to Kansas City, Kansas.

She would become the heard of Security for Spartan Atlantic Department Stores before moving on to Director of Security for Macy’s.  She would travel between Kansas City, New York and Atlanta, Georgia training incoming security officers in arrest procedure, interrogation, and appropriate apprehension. 

After retiring from both Macy’s and JC Penny’s, Billie moved onto the Woodlands Race Track Security Team.
