Jerry and I became friends while we were in Elementary school in Weir, Kansas. Jerry's faith was strong even back then. I always admired him for that. Jerry was the Best Man at my wedding in 1973. Over the years we didn't a chance to spend much time together, as I lived out of the area since 1981, but we always made sure to send Christmas cards to one another, or an occasional phone call. My heart goes out to Louise and his entire family. I miss him already. I miss him already!
