Angela (Stufflebam) Weick, 82, of Lenexa, KS passed away peacefully in her sleep in the early morning hours of April 16, 2026 at Lakeview Village Care Center.  Funeral services will be held April 21st at 11 am at Porter Funeral Home and Crematory, 8535 Monrovia Street, Lenexa KS (913) 438-6444. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Kansas City Hospice or Lakeview Village Foundation.

Angela was born July 26, 1943 in Overland Park Kansas to Joseph Stufflebam and Virginia (Snoddy) Stufflebam. She grew up and attended school in the Overland Park area. She married Galen Leroy Weick, the love of her life, after meeting at Emporia State University.  She worked as a legal secretary, although her life’s main focus was on being a mother, wife and homemaker. Angela and Galen made their home and spent many years in Concordia, KS where they worked and raised their daughters, Lisa Marie (Weick) Walsh and Laura Lynn Weick, before moving back to the Overland Park area to be close to family. Angela loved family, flowers, gardening, music, reading, painting, travel and attending church services. 

Angela was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Virginia Stufflebam, her aunts Mary Louise Hunt, Mildred Jones and Edith Stufflebam and cousin Adrian Hunt.  She is survived by husband Galen Weick, daughters Lisa Walsh and Laura Weick, son-in-law Kevin Walsh, grand daughter Macy Walsh, and cousins Blaine Hunt, Lynn Hunt and Scott Hunt. Angela is loved and missed, although we are thankful she is now at rest and peace with our heavenly Father.
